How long does it take to ship my order?

After your order is placed. Processing time is within 3-5 business days. Once your item is shipped it takes about 5 to 7 business days to receive your order depending on your location

For personalized orders, it will 10 to 14 business days for personalized items to be processed. Once shipped it takes about 5 to 7 business days to receive your order depending on your location.

What is the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by logging in to your account at https://www.ruhdepaws.com/login.php 

Your order will either be marked as awaiting shipment, shipped, or delivered. You can also send us a message to check the status of your order. 

How do I cancel or change my order?

If you need help canceling an order please contact us here within 24 hrs of placing your order. If your order is too far along the processing stage or has already been shipped we may not be able to cancel it. We will instead issue you a refund and allow you to return the item. Personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless your item arrives damaged. We will determine eligibility on a case by case basis. 

Can you rush my order?

Upon receipt of full payment and full personalization details, we will take 10 to 14 to process and create your personalized and handcrafted jewelry. We cannot rush our production time, but we may have rush shipping options.

If you need something by a certain date, please let us know in the “notes” field or email us at customersupport@ruhdepaws.com. We will try our best to accommodate your request - but we cannot offer a guarantee as handmade process can be influenced by many factors that we cannot foresee.

My item arrived damaged, what do I do?

If you receive a damaged item please contact us as soon as possible at customersupport@ruhdepaws.com with pictures of the damaged item, including its original packaging. Once we receive your pictures, a replacement or refund will be processed and issued to you. 

I’m having trouble uploading a photo and name for my personalized order, what do I do?

If you are having trouble uploading a picture for your personalized order, please email it to ruhdellc@gmail.com along with your name and order number. 

Do you accept returns?

Yes, but on a case by case basis. Personalized items are not eligible for returns unless damaged. You can read more about our return policy here
